I am beyond thrilled to be joining The Treehouse: a Forest Garden School. As a devoted and passionate childcare provider, I have extensive experience providing care for children of all ages both in the U.S. and abroad. Caring for infants and toddlers heals my soul and being, it is a blessing and amazing gift that I have a deep connection with and calling for.

My teaching philosophy aligns with the infant care philosophy that The Treehouse embodies; The RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers) approach, which emphasizes respectful, gentle communication and attentive care for children. I believe in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can flourish and grow at their own pace. I am dedicated to providing a safe, empowering and loving space for children to explore, learn, and thrive. I bond and connect with the little ones naturally and joining The Treehouse allows me to continue following my passion for caring for little ones with all my heart. I look forward to continuing to grow as an educator while making a positive impact and difference in the lives of children. I am glowing with joy, gratitude, love, excitement, and fulfillment to join the Acorn class!

I grew up in Brazil and belong to a big family of Portuguese speaking Brazilians and I am the 3rd eldest of 8 cousins. I was always curious and engaged in helping with their care and learning what I could do to make sure they were safe and happy. I have been in early childhood education for 6 years, while being a professional nanny and working in a daycare. It has been an amazing and rewarding experience to connect with families and children from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures. Throughout my teaching experiences, I have learned a lot, including ASL for infants and expanded my Spanish knowledge, which has been a valuable asset in communicating with families and providing a rich and inclusive environment for the children in my care.

As a Brazilian native Portuguese speaker, I began learning English at a language school when I was 14 and graduated with a Cambridge University certificate for fluent English by the age of 18. Being a native Portuguese speaker, I found it easy to navigate and learn the Spanish language on my own, enriching my trilingual abilities.

Outside of childcare my diverse passions and interests are cooking all kinds of food and baking - mostly Brazilian unique goods. I enjoy yoga, meditation, Tarot and astrology. I am a devoted nature lover, finding solace and inspiration in the great outdoors. My husband and I share a passion for chasing and exploring the wild and seeking out mystical camping spots in the Pacific Northwest, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. As an introvert, I cherish my time at home, creating a safe and comforting space where I can unwind and recharge alongside my husband and beloved cat. In our sanctuary, my husband and I bond over shared interests such as playing video games and indulging in quiet evenings together. I find immense joy in the simple pleasures of life, from decorating and cooking to setting up elaborate table arrangements. The Fall/spooky season holds a special place in my heart, with its crisp air, vibrant foliage, and cozy vibes that resonate with me on a deep level.

I am delighted to bring my diverse experiences and passion for early childhood education to The Treehouse: a Forest Garden School and continue making a beautifully positive impact in the lives of children and families.
